Home at Last!!

Well, we're out here in Trapper Creek, and are watching the snow fly! Hopefully we'll get more than six inches so we can be on sleds! We moved out a few days ago, and have gotten an amazing amount done! We really feel ready for winter...
We had a great time getting the dogs out to the dog yard. Because it's only a moderate walk, we just let all the dogs loose and free-ran them into the yard. Everyone behaved beautifully, although a couple decided they were going to run back out and check on the truck. We hauled in a ton of dog food, cut more firewood, fixed the generator, built a refrigerator / root cellar, cleared trails and went on a four mile puppy walk with our 5 little monsters! Here are some pictures of before and after we jacked the house up, our dogyard, the trail (Mount McKinley and Foraker are in the distance) and our power source.
THINK SNOW!
